The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the shipment and on the destination of your order. During the ordering process at the webshop, you can see the exact amount you will have to pay for the shipment of your order. Below, you will find an overview of the shipping costs. For orders under € 50.00 within the E.U., we charge shipping costs of € 4.95. All orders above € 50.00 within the E.U. are shipped free of charge.

Unfortunately this is not possible. To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately start working on it in our warehouse. As a result, we can no longer make changes or cancel the order.

Most airlines are affiliated with the IATA, The International Air Transport Association. The IATA has established several rules for the dimensions of cabin luggage, which all members must adhere to. For cabin luggage, the IATA has implemented the following standard: the summable height, width and depth of your suitcase in centimetres may not exceed 110cm, whereby the depth of your suitcase may not exceed 20 cm. All our cabin luggage suitcases fall within this standard and - exceptionally because the depth of our suitcases does not exceed 20 cm - are entirely accepted with the so-called "low-cost airlines", such as Transavia, Easy Jet and Ryan Air.

We offer a one-, two- or a whopping five-year warranty on all our products, depending on the product and the model you have purchased. To be precise, it is a warranty on defective materials and production errors. If any of these applies to your product, we will repair the product free of charge or, in some case, replace it. We decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced after its’ assessment. If we no longer have the product or model in stock, we will replace it with a product or model of the same value.
