Payment Options

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

iDEAL - Conduct safe and easy online purchases. With iDEAL, you can pay directly through your own bank, without filling in extra details. Dutch consumers can pay with iDEAL. The following banks are affiliated: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, Revolut, SNS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot. 
SEPA - SEPA enables seamless euro-denominated bank transfers within the Eurozone, facilitating fast, secure, and cost-effective transactions across borders.

Creditcard - You can pay with your American Express, Visa, and Mastercard credit cards. During payment, you will be asked for your CVC code. You can find this 3-digit code on the back of your credit card. This code is an additional security check. With the credit card, you can make purchases and pay afterwards.

PayPal - With PayPal, you can make online purchases without sharing your credit card details. You can make the payment with your PayPal balance.

Belfius - Belfius has its own payment solution for its customers. Consumers with a Belfius account can use the Belfius Pay Button to make direct payments from Belfius Direct Net.

KBC/CBC - KBC and CBC have their own payment solution for their customers. Consumers with a KBC or CBC account can use the KBC or CBC Pay Button to make direct payments.

Klarna (pay afterwards) - A flexible payment method that allows you to pay for your purchases afterwards or in installments. With Klarna, you can receive and evaluate a product before paying for it. GiroPay - Popular payment method in Germany that allows consumers to securely pay online through their trusted online banking environment. A direct and simple transfer option.
SOFORT Banking - Carry out direct transfers in real time. A secure and fast method without the need to create an account.

 

Refunds

Once the returned product is received by us, it typically takes 5 days for you to receive the amount back in your account. Sometimes processing may take longer than 5 working days. If you still haven't received a refund after 8 working days, please contact our customer service.

When you place an order with us, you are entitled to the right of withdrawal. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in its original condition (unused and with the product label still attached), in the original packaging (if possible) to us. Make sure to return the complete product. If anything is missing, SUITSUIT may charge you for any costs incurred.
